Bio-Detective Field Kit

All inclusive field kit for environmental detection and sampling of bioagents on surfaces, in powders or suspensions. Bio-Detective Field Kit enables:

  • Detection of proteins (virus, bacteria, fungus, biotoxin) on surfaces, in powder and suspension form
  • Detection of ATP molecules on surfaces, in powders or liquids, indicating living organisms (bacteria, fungi), thus distinguishing between viruses/ biotoxins and bacteria/ fungi contamination
  • Simultaneous detection screen for Bacillus anthracis, Yersinia pestis, Francisella tularensis, Brucella spp., Botulinum toxin A, ricin, SEB, orthopox.
  • Sampling for direct electron – and light- microscopic examination
  • Collection and transport of biological surface contamination such as pathogens, toxins and fibbers.
